Our story

Charis is the Greek word for grace.

Charis Vanilla Co. is a small, independent maker of pure extracts. We make them in small batches with care and bottle them in amber glass. Then we bring them to farmers markets and pop-ups, where we can meet the people who bake with them.

Vanilla is our signature: Madagascar vanilla beans and a short, honest ingredient list. We also make a coffee extract from locally roasted 100% Arabica coffee for bakers who want a second flavor on the shelf.
